Beijing Challenge Group absorbs the management ideas of ISO9000 in the managerial mode of Security, Sanitation and Quality Integration, and builds up a scientific Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures in control of the environment, staff and equipment in the entire feed processing. Meanwhile, the company gives full scope of the obvious advantages of HACCP system in controlling feed security effects by means of hazard analysis and HACCP plans, and ensures the security and sanitation of feed at the same time of meeting the quality requirements.

In order to improve the quality control, Challenge Group implements Quality Control System as ISO9000, which was granted ISO9000 Quality System Authentication in November, 2005. Exacting work has been done in the sectors like raw material inspection, product traceability and spot check on products.

All the raw materials should be inspected before use. We take special care with the key materials, inspected with three experiments, that is basic chemical analysis, rocking bottle test and fermentation experiment. Besides, all the reagent should be in accordance with the standard samples in the lab.

In order to confirm the traceability of our products, every batch of products are given with its unique number before they come into next working procedure.

The spot check for manufactured enzyme is implemented termly during the period of storage,  and every batch of manufactured products have been inspected to confirm its enzyme activity.
