FUNCTIONS
¡ô Decrease the dosage of dicalcium phosphate in the feedstuff and the feed cost.
¡ôImprove the utilization of feedstuff for digestion, and enhance the productivity of animals.
¡ô Reduce the content of phosphorus in the excretion and the environmental pollution.
ACTION MECHANISM
Phytase can degrade phytic acid and phytate, and release phosphoric acid, inositol, mineral elements, protein, amino acid, starch and liposome and so on, so as to increase the digestibility of them. The following pictures indicate the degradation of phytic acid and phytate by phytase.
